My husband, Michael Williams, and I (Lindsay Williams) set out on this adventure in October 2007, by starting Midnight Sun Cafe. I worked in the restaurant industry for several years before I realized my dream of one day owning my own cafe. I wanted to create a space that was warm and inviting.
