Cook Inlet Housing Authority
ook Inlet Lending Center (CILC) is a non-profit, wholly-owned subsidiary of Cook Inlet Housing Authority. CILC was established as a homeownership center to provide lending to communities and families of all races, nationalities, and income backgrounds within the state of Alaska.
