Scan Office
Scan Home was founded in the summer of 1983 by Carl and Barbara Propes. They shared a dream of bringing moderately-priced disassembled contemporary Scandinavian furniture to the Alaskan market. Five containers of furniture were imported that summer from Denmark as a test and sold at the old sports arena on Fireweed Lane (now occupied by Arctic Office Products).
